5* All Inc Hurghada Stay and Nile Cruise with excursions


Get the best of both worlds with this amazing 5* cruise and stay package. You’ll have the chance to see amazing ancient ruins, temples and tombs where the Pharaoh’s are buried on a leisurely 7 night full board cruise down the River Nile on a boat built for the job.

You’ll fly to Hurghada and spend a total of 7 nights in a 5* Resort Hotel like the AMC Royal, Caribbean World, Sea Star Beau Rivage or similar which will have its own private stretch of beach, swimming pool, spa facilities and a choice of bars and restaurants. All on an All Inclusive basis so you’ll have all your meals, snack, drinks and entertainment included. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom amongst their facilities.

You’ll then head to Luxor and step on board your cruise ship for the next 7 nights as you cruise down the River Nile from Luxor to Aswan and back. During your time cruising on the River Nile, you will spend seven nights on board one of the MS Presidential Commodore, the MS Emilio or similar. Staying on a full-board basis you’ll be tucking into three delicious meals each day, including a buffet breakfast and lunch, then a set meal for dinner. Each boat has a sun deck with a small pool, restaurant and bar. Cabins are comfortable with an en-suite bathroom.

During your cruise you will see some of the world’s most iconic archaeological sites, not to mention the stunning scenery that surrounds the River Nile. Included in your cruise will be a visit to the East Bank of Luxor, where you will find the famous Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, both which date back to roughly 1500 years BC. You will cruise down the river to other temples including the Sobek and Philae Temple, as well as visiting the High Dam, a more modern marvel. On the West Bank of the Nile you will visit the legendary Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple which was commissioned by Hatshepsut, an Egyptian queen who ruled as a king, adopting the title pharaoh for her two decade long reign.

Cruise Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Board the cruise ship and stay on board overnight in Luxor.
  • Day 2 - Begin with an early morning trip to the East Bank of Luxor to visit the Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple then depart at noon, sailing to Edfu.
  • Day 3 - Cruising to Kom Ombo, visit to Sobek Temple before sailing on to Aswan.
  • Day 4 - Visit to the High Dam, Philae Temple, and Felucca Trip on the Nile then in the afternoon explore Aswan or enjoy an optional excursion: to a Nubian Village or camel ride.
  • Day 5 - Early morning optional visit to temple of Abu Simbel or spend the morning on the sun deck then sailing back towards Luxor after lunch, we overnight in Edfu.
  • Day 6 – Morning sailing to Esna where you can visit the Temple of Khnum, then sail for Luxor where we spend the night.
  • Day 7 – Join the morning excursion to West Bank including Valley of the Kings, Hatschpust temple and the Colossi of Memnon. In the evening there is the option to visit to the sound and light show at Karnak temple, Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
  • Day 8 - Breakfast on the cruise then head back to Hurghada for the rest of your hotel stay or your flight home.
